Have you found it difficult to stay healthy during the holidays? Believe me, you’re not alone. It’s hard to turn down those famous sugar cookies and homemade Irish cream. The best part is that you don’t have to give those things up. You might wonder why? Well, aside from the fact that you’re probably going to indulge anyway, overeating at just one holiday meal won’t make you fat. It’s the consistent mediocre decision that makes us gain weight. Regardless of the one day with overeating, there are a ton of simple things that you can do to see results in toning and/or weight loss for the next month and a half. My name is Dan and I have struggled with weight issues my entire life. Since I can remember I was always made fun of in school and throughout my entire life. To compound my issues I was in a bad car accident when I was young, leaving my right knee and lower leg at a slight handicap. This handicap never stopped me from anything.
